French Dwelling Energy Performance Certificates (DPE) Since July 2021 (ADEME)

Rows of ADEME's DPE dataset (Diagnostic de Performance Energetique) for existing French dwellings, certificates issued since 1 July 2021: for each, about 145 columns with French names covering heating and hot-water installation, energy consumption and cost, greenhouse gas emissions, insulation quality, living area, certificate dates and the geocoded address with its address-match score. Returns the first 1 to 10 rows of the dataset, which holds about 15.8 million. The rows are raw data entered by assessors, not a representative sample of French housing, and they include addresses, so data-protection law applies to reuse. ADEME data under the Licence Ouverte 2.0, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official ADEME product.
