Australian Species Occurrence Records Search (Atlas of Living Australia)

Searches Atlas of Living Australia occurrence records (sightings and specimens) and returns, per record, the scientific and common name, taxon id, rank, kingdom, family, event date (epoch milliseconds, when known), year and month, latitude and longitude with the coordinate uncertainty in metres, state, country, basis of record, data resource name and id, licence and state conservation status. `q` is a plain-text or Solr query, for example 'koala', or 'scientificName:"Phascolarctos cinereus" AND stateProvince:Queensland'; a query the service cannot parse is a VALIDATION error. Only records under CC0, CC-BY (including SA and ND variants) or Public Domain licences are searched; records under a non-commercial, unspecified or custom licence are excluded, so totalRecords counts only the permitted ones. 1 to 20 records per call (default 10); `startIndex` pages up to the 5000th record.
