Returns the current and planned roadworks on one German federal motorway from the Autobahn GmbH traffic API: each with title and section, direction, start timestamp, lane impact, and length and maximum width in the German description lines, a point, and the line geometry. Give the motorway id, for example A7. Busy roads are large (A7 about 635 KB). A road with no roadworks returns an empty list. Data from Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, passed through unmodified; served by Eden Engine; not an official Autobahn GmbH product.
