Returns the UK Basement Price Index split by job type (converting an existing cellar and excavating a new basement): for each value, how many sources publish a figure and the median, minimum, maximum, quartiles and mean in GBP per square metre. Every figure is a per-square-metre rate. Takes no input. Also returns the publisher's citation line and the link to the index page; cite the figures with that link.
