Upazilas of a Bangladesh District (BD API)

Lists the upazilas (sub-districts) of one Bangladesh district, with the district's English and Bangla name and centre coordinate. Give the district name as BD API spells it, for example Dhaka, Sylhet or Cox's Bazar; the district list tool returns every valid name. An unknown district is a validation error. BD API data passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official BD API product.
