Verified Contract ABI from the Blockscout Explorer

The ABI of a verified smart contract on a chain's Blockscout explorer, with its name, language, compiler version and proxy type. The ABI is cut after about 20,000 characters (abi_truncated says so). An unverified contract answers is_verified false with no ABI. Read from the chain's public Blockscout explorer, which offers no SLA and can be slow, throttled or retire its keyless API.
