One Currency's Buy and Sell Rate at One Uruguayan House or Bank (Cambio Uruguay)

The rate rows of one currency at one Uruguayan exchange house or bank today: house id plus a currency code (USD, EUR, ARS, BRL, CHF, JPY, GBP, XAU gold and the other codes the house quotes). Returns a list because a house can quote several variants of one currency (for example brou quotes USD at the counter and as eBROU), each with buy and sell price in Uruguayan pesos. A currency the house does not quote answers an empty list. The id and code are not case sensitive. An unknown house id is refused as a validation error. Rates are published by the Banco Central del Uruguay and the exchange houses. Cambio Uruguay data, served by Eden Engine; not an official Cambio Uruguay product.
