CDC Social Vulnerability Index by Tract in a County

Looks up the CDC/ATSDR Social Vulnerability Index (SVI 2022) for every tract in a US county, by the five-digit county FIPS code. Returns the tract FIPS, location, estimated population, poverty, unemployment, no-diploma, uninsured, age and disability estimates, four theme percentile ranks and the overall percentile rank (0 to 1, higher is more vulnerable). Up to 100 tracts per page; says when more remain. CDC/ATSDR data, passed through unmodified and served by Omnial; not an official CDC or ATSDR product.
