EU Law by CELEX Number (Cellar)

cellar/celex-lookup

Looks up one European Union legal act by its CELEX number in Cellar, the Publications Office's repository, and returns the Cellar work URI, the document date and the English title. For example 32016R0679 returns the General Data Protection Regulation, dated 2016-04-27. CELEX is the identifier of EU law: sector digit, year, document type letter and number (3 = secondary legislation, R = regulation, L = directive, D = decision). The answer is the standard SPARQL JSON result with `head.vars` work, date, title and one binding per matching row (at most 20; `date` and `title` are omitted from a binding when Cellar has none). A CELEX number nobody holds returns empty bindings, not an error.
