EU Publications Office Cellar: SPARQL Query

cellar/sparql-select

Runs a read-only SPARQL SELECT query against Cellar, the Publications Office of the European Union's repository of EU legal acts, treaties, case law and publications (CDM ontology). You write the SPARQL, for example PREFIX cdm: <http://publications.europa.eu/ontology/cdm#> SELECT ?work ?date WHERE { ?work cdm:work_date_document ?date } LIMIT 5. The answer is the standard SPARQL JSON result: `head.vars` and `results.bindings`, one object per solution with each variable as {type, value} (plus datatype or xml:lang). The query must end with LIMIT n (1 to 100), optionally followed by OFFSET m; page with OFFSET. SELECT only (PREFIX lines allowed before it), at most 2000 characters, no SERVICE clause. A query that matches nothing returns empty bindings. Use celex-lookup for the common case of one act by its CELEX number.
