Cellosaurus Release Info (Current Version, Cell Line and Publication Counts)

Returns the current Cellosaurus release: its version number, the total number of cell lines and of publications it holds, and the date it was last updated. Takes no input. Values are returned as strings, as Cellosaurus sends them. Cellosaurus data, licensed CC BY 4.0, passed through unmodified apart from the response wrapper and served by Eden Engine; not an official Cellosaurus or SIB product.
