French Property Sales in a Commune, With Declared Values (Cerema DVF+)
ceremadvf/mutations-by-commune
Property sales (mutations) recorded in one French commune: for each sale the date, nature (such as Vente), declared value, number of parcels and lots, land and built area, and property type. Identify the commune by its 5-character INSEE code, optionally keep only sales from a given year onward, and page through the results (at most 20 sales per page). Amounts and areas are decimal strings. Only some departments are served; a commune outside them is refused. Source: Ministères économiques et financiers (DGFiP), Demandes de valeurs foncières (DVF), Licence Ouverte 2.0, as enriched by Cerema DVF+; served by Eden Engine; not an official Cerema product. This runs on Cerema's pre-production DVF+ service (the production host has no DNS record), so it may be unavailable or slow; an outage arrives as a retryable error. Geographic and sale-identifier queries only: there is no lookup by a person's name.
