Fetch one CERT-FR security advisory (an AVI, avis de securite) by its reference such as CERTFR-2026-AVI-1305: the title, summary and solutions text (in French, markdown), the affected products and versions, the CVE identifiers with their cve.org links, the risk categories, the revision history and the vendors' own bulletins. The text is French as CERT-FR publishes it. A reference that does not exist fails as a provider error; the tool cannot list advisories.
