CFPB Consumer Complaint Search by Company, State and Date (CFPB Complaint Database)

cfpbccdb/search-complaints

Searches the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Consumer Complaint Database for complaints about consumer financial products and services (credit reporting, credit cards, mortgages, debt collection and more). Filter by exact company name, U.S. state and a received-date range; results come newest first, paged with size and frm (frm a multiple of size, at most 10000, so only the newest 10000 matches are reachable). Returns the total number of matching complaints and, for each one returned, the product, issue, company, state, ZIP code, dates, the company's response and whether it was timely. Complaints appear after the company responds or after 15 days, and the database generally updates daily. A search that matches nothing returns zero hits. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau data as served by Eden Engine; not an official CFPB product.
