Chicago Data Portal: Dataset Rows by SoQL Query

Rows from any tabular dataset on the Chicago Data Portal (data.cityofchicago.org), chosen by its 8-character dataset id (for example ijzp-q8t2, Crimes - 2001 to Present). Narrow, project, sort and aggregate with SoQL: select, where, order, group, a text search q, limit (1 to 50, default 10) and offset. Values come back as the portal publishes them, mostly strings. A filter that matches nothing returns an empty list; an unknown dataset id is refused as a validation error. City of Chicago data as served by Omnial; not an official City of Chicago product.
