Keyword search over the dataset catalog of the Chicago Data Portal (data.cityofchicago.org): returns up to 10 matching datasets per call with each one's id, title, description, type, last update, column names and field types, publishing agency, and its page address. Use it to find the dataset id to pass to the dataset-rows or dataset-metadata tools. A search with no match returns an empty list.
