Finds Clark County Board of Equalization appeal parcels at or near a longitude,latitude point, from the Assessor's Board of Equalization (BOE) parcels point layer: one point per parcel that has a Board of Equalization appeal record. Returns up to `limit` records (1 to 100) whose point lies within `distance` metres of the point (1 to 5000), in layer row order rather than nearest first. Each record carries the parcel number and primary parcel number, the appeal id, form number, status code and status label, and the parcel point as longitude and latitude (WGS84). Data from the Clark County Assessor (Nevada), published through Clark County GIS. Passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Clark County product.
