Returns how many rows a data.cms.gov dataset holds, given its dataset UUID: found_rows and total_rows. Use it to size a paging loop before reading a CMS dataset a page at a time. Unfiltered counts only. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services data as served by Omnial, not an official CMS product.
