Returns the catalogue record of one Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Provider Data Catalog dataset, looked up by its dataset id (for example xubh-q36u, the hospital general information list): title, description, the dates it was issued, modified and released, publisher, keywords, theme, contact point, and links to the full CSV file and its data dictionary. The record describes the dataset; it does not contain the dataset's rows or column list. An unknown id returns an error.
