Returns raw telemetry readings (typically every 15 minutes) for one Colorado Division of Water Resources station and one parameter such as DISCHRG (discharge, CFS), GAGE_HT (gage height, ft) or AIRTEMP: reading time, value, unit and quality flags, oldest first. Optional start and end day and paging (up to 500 rows per page). Raw telemetry is provisional. Colorado Division of Water Resources data, passed through unmodified and served by Omnial; not an official Colorado product.
