Returns the ArcGIS layer description for the Colorado Public Parcel Composite polygon layer maintained by the Governor's Office of Information Technology GIS team (about 2.6 million parcels): layer name, geometry type, maximum rows per query, every field with its type and alias, and the capabilities. Use it to see the columns behind the search tools; query-features searches situsAdd (site address), sitAddCty (site city), parcel_id, account, countyName or subName (subdivision). Field domain objects can make the answer large. Data from the Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIT) GIS Team, aggregated from county, regional and local government sources. Passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official State of Colorado product.
