Colorado Business Entity Registry (Colorado Department of State)

Searches the Colorado Department of State's registry of business entities (corporations, LLCs, partnerships, nonprofits) registered in Colorado since 1864. Each row has the entity id, name, status (for example Good Standing, Delinquent, Voluntarily Dissolved), type code (DLLC, DPC, FLLC and others), jurisdiction of formation, formation date, principal city, state and zip, and the registered agent's organization name when it is a company. Registered agent personal names and street addresses are not returned. Returns up to 50 rows per call; narrow them with a SoQL where clause, for example upper(entityname) like '%ACME%' or entitystatus = 'Good Standing', and sort with order (the default order starts in 1869). Every value comes back as a string. Colorado Department of State data as served by Eden Engine, not an official State product.
