Colorado Open Data Dataset Rows (data.colorado.gov SoQL)

Returns rows from any tabular dataset on the Colorado Information Marketplace (data.colorado.gov), chosen by its 8-character dataset id (find ids with the catalog search tool). Shape the answer with SoQL: select columns, filter with where, sort with order and page with offset. Returns up to 50 rows per call; every value comes back as a string and a column with no value is left out. A map or file asset (not a table) returns one empty row; an unknown id is refused as a validation error. Colorado state data as served by Eden Engine, not an official State product.
