Validates an IBAN: checks the length for its country and the check digits, returns the IBAN in print format, the country, whether the country is in SEPA, and for Spanish IBANs the bank code, bank name from the Bank of Spain register, BIC, branch, control digits and account number. A malformed IBAN is a valid answer with valido false and the reason in motivo. This is an arithmetic check: it does not say whether the account exists or who holds it.
