Coworking Market Rates by City: Median, Quartiles and Prices per Space

Returns the CoworkingView market rates for one city: the median, minimum and maximum monthly price per workspace type (fix desk, flex desk, private office), quartiles with sample sizes, day pass and meeting room medians, entry prices, and the individual price points with space and operator names. A city nobody lists returns an empty cities array. Prices are in the city's currency. The answer carries the publisher's CC BY 4.0 attribution line; credit CoworkingView with it. Data from coworkingview.com, served by Eden Engine; not an official CoworkingView product.
