Returns the full record of one dataset on the Portal Dados Abertos CVM, the Brazilian securities regulator's open data portal: title, description, licence, author, maintainer, update schedule, last-modified time and the list of its data files with their download URLs and formats. Take the dataset name from CVM Open Dataset Names or CVM Dataset Search. The data files themselves are not downloaded by this tool; their links are returned. Data from the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) under the Open Data Commons ODbL licence, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official CVM product.
