Portuguese Open Data Publisher Search (dados.gov.pt)

Searches the publishers (organizations) registered on dados.gov.pt, the Portuguese government's open data portal, and returns up to 10 per call: id, slug, name, acronym, short description, web page, website and the number of datasets, reuses and followers. Use the returned `id` as the `organization` filter of dados.gov.pt dataset search. `q` matches publisher names and descriptions (Portuguese or acronym, for example INE or saude); sort by datasets published. `total` is the number of matching publishers; page until `next_page` is null (a page past the end is an error). Data from dados.gov.pt as served by Eden Engine, not an official Portuguese government product.
