Search the Polish national open data portal (dane.gov.pl) by keyword and get matching dataset records: title, description, publishing institution, categories, formats, update frequency, view and download counts and each dataset's own licence. Results are paged, 1 to 20 per page, with the total number of matches in `meta.count`. Titles and descriptions are mostly in Polish. A keyword with no hit returns an empty list. dane.gov.pl data, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official dane.gov.pl product.
