French School Holiday Calendar: Vacation Dates by Zone and Academy (Éducation nationale)

The official French school holiday calendar from the Ministry of National Education: for each school year, zone (A, B, C or an overseas territory) and académie, the holiday name (Toussaint, Noël, hiver, printemps, été), its start and end dates and who it applies to. Filter with an ODSQL expression, for example zones="Zone A" and annee_scolaire="2025-2026", page with limit (up to 20) and offset, and sort with order_by. Returns the total number of matching rows. Covers school years 2009-2010 to 2028-2029. Dates are UTC; the local date in mainland France is the next day when the time is 22:00 or 23:00. Ministry of National Education data under the Licence Ouverte 2.0, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Ministry product.
