Runs one read-only SPARQL SELECT over the DCAT metadata of the European data portal data.europa.eu (datasets, distributions, catalogues, publishers, themes) and returns the SPARQL JSON results. The outer query is capped at `limit` rows (default 100, at most 500); write no PREFIX lines and no # comments, so write every IRI in full in angle brackets (for example <http://www.w3.org/ns/dcat#Dataset>); full-text search is available as ?title bif:contains '"phrase"'. Metadata is CC0; the datasets it describes keep their own licences. Passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official data.europa.eu product.
