Returns the data.gov.ua catalog record of one open-licensed Ukrainian dataset by its name (the slug or UUID shown by the search tool): title, description, publishing organisation, licence, dates, tags and every resource file with its link, format and size. Only datasets with an open licence are returned; a name that does not exist, or whose dataset is not open-licensed, returns count 0. Catalog metadata only. data.gov.ua data, CC BY 4.0, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official data.gov.ua product.
