Returns the full catalogue record of one UK government dataset from data.gov.uk by its slug or UUID: description, publisher, licence (license_id), created and modified dates, and every linked resource with its name, format and download url. Only the catalogue record comes back, never the linked files, which belong to their publishers under their own terms. An id that does not exist returns a validation error. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0, served by Omnial; not an official data.gov.uk product.
