Search the organisations that publish on the Luxembourg national open data portal (data.public.lu) by name: id, slug, name, description, certification badges, logo link, creation date, page link, and usage metrics including how many datasets each publishes. Give a search text (for example ministere, commune, statistiques) and optionally a page and a page size (1 to 20, default 10). An empty `data` list means no organisation matches. Metadata passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Luxembourg government product.
