Rows from one tabular resource on the Panama national open data portal (datosabiertos.gob.pa), chosen by its resource id (listed in the dataset-metadata answer, where `datastore_active` is true). Optional full-text search q, limit (1 to 50, default 10) and offset. Returns the rows, the column list and the total match count. A search that matches nothing returns an empty list; an unknown resource id is refused as a validation error. Government of Panama data served by Eden Engine; not an official Government of Panama product.
