Full metadata for one dataset on the Plataforma Nacional de Datos Abiertos, Peru's national open-data portal: title, description, maintainer, the dataset's own licence field, tags, the publishing group (entity) and every resource with its file URL, format and size. Look a dataset up by its name (URL slug) or id. Returns metadata only, never the contents of the linked files. Text is mostly Spanish and dates are Spanish-locale display strings. Only a dataset under an open licence is returned: one whose licence field is missing (about a quarter of them) or is not an open licence is refused with a validation error. Open licences may require attribution, and ODbL needs share-alike.
