List Open Dataset Names (Chile Open Data Portal)

Lists dataset names (slugs) on the Chile open data portal (datos.gob.cl), in the portal's own order, a page at a time: limit says how many (1 to 100) and offset where to start. Use a returned name with the get-dataset tool. Names only, no titles or descriptions: to find a dataset by topic use the search tool. The list is unfiltered: it includes datasets whose licence is not open, which the get-dataset tool will refuse. Open data passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Datos.Gob, Portal de Datos Abiertos de Chile product.
