Search Open Datasets by Keyword (Chile Open Data Portal)

Searches the Chile open data portal (datos.gob.cl) catalogue by keyword and returns, for each match, its id, name (slug), title, description, last-modified time, licence id, publishing organisation (slug) and author, plus the total match count. Only datasets with an open licence are returned: the portal query drops non-commercial, closed and unspecified licences, so count only covers the open ones. Page with rows (1 to 20) and start. The licence title is on the get-dataset tool. Licences differ by dataset (CC0, CC BY, ODC-By and ODbL among them), so check license_id for attribution or share-alike before reuse. Portal catalogue metadata only, not the data files. Open data passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Datos.Gob, Portal de Datos Abiertos de Chile product.
