Searches the Dominican Republic open data portal (datos.gob.do) catalogue by keyword and returns, for each match, its id, name (slug), title, description, last-modified time, licence id, publishing organisation (slug) and author, plus the total match count. Only datasets with an open licence are returned: the portal query drops non-commercial, closed, unspecified and empty licences, so count only covers the open ones. Page with rows (1 to 20) and start. The licence title is on the get-dataset tool. Almost all datasets are ODbL (attribution and share-alike on the database), so check license_id before reuse. Portal catalogue metadata only, not the data files. Open data passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official Portal Nacional de Datos Abiertos de la República Dominicana product.
