Daily Historical Weather at a Point in North America (Daymet)

daymet/daily-point-weather

Daily surface weather for one latitude and longitude in North America, from the Daymet 1 km gridded dataset (Version 4 R1): maximum and minimum temperature in degrees Celsius, precipitation, shortwave radiation, vapor pressure, snow water equivalent and day length, for every day between a start and an end date. Covers 1980 to the latest full calendar year, with latitude 14.5 to 52.0 and longitude -131.0 to -53.0 only. Returns parallel arrays (year, day of year, one array per variable with its unit in the key), the point's elevation and the dataset citation. The response grows with the range and the variables (1980 to now of all seven is about 1.9 MB): ask for a few years at a time. Daymet data are provisional and subject to revision. Daymet data from the ORNL DAAC, served by Eden Engine; not an official ORNL or NASA product.
