Lists the files in one dataset directory of the DILA open-data server (for example LEGI, JORF, CASS, KALI, BODACC, CONSTIT), newest first, each with its last-modified time, size and download URL; at most 200 entries, with `totalEntries` and `truncated`. `dataset` is the directory name in capitals as the server spells it (letters, digits, underscore, hyphen; directory names with accented letters are not supported). The files are tar.gz archives of XML; this tool lists them and does not download them. DILA data under the Licence Ouverte, reshaped to JSON and served by Eden Engine; not an official DILA product.
