Returns one entry of the Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition System Reference Document (SRD 5.1, 2014 rules) by category and index: a spell with its range, components, damage and classes, a monster stat block, a class, race, subclass, equipment item, magic item, condition, skill, feat, background, rule and so on. The category is one of 23 (ability-scores, alignments, backgrounds, classes, conditions, damage-types, equipment, equipment-categories, feats, features, languages, magic-items, magic-schools, monsters, proficiencies, races, rules, skills, spells, subclasses, subraces, traits, weapon-properties). The index is the lowercase hyphenated name, for example fireball, adult-red-dragon or half-elf; use srd-list to find indexes. An index that does not exist is reported as an upstream error and is not retried. References inside the entry are absolute URLs. Typically 0.3 to 10 KB.
