ENA Run Download Files (FASTQ, BAM and Submitted Files for an Accession)

Lists the public download files of the sequencing runs under one ENA accession (a run such as ERR022075, a study such as PRJEB1787, a sample or an experiment). Each run returns its accession plus the FASTQ, BAM, submitted-file and SRA file paths, byte sizes and MD5 checksums; where a run has several files the values are joined with semicolons, and a missing format is an empty string. Up to 100 runs per call, with no paging offset. An accession ENA does not recognise answers HTTP 400. Paths are FTP locations on the ENA host; this tool lists them and does not fetch any file. European Nucleotide Archive data as served by Omnial, not an official EMBL-EBI product.
