ENA Sequencing Run Search (Read Runs by Study, Taxon or Query)

Searches the European Nucleotide Archive's public sequencing read runs with ENA's query syntax, for example study_accession=PRJEB1787 for the runs of one study or tax_eq(9606) AND instrument_platform=ILLUMINA for human Illumina runs. Each run returns its accession and the submitter's description, plus whichever of study accession, platform and taxon id the query touches; up to 100 runs per call, with no paging offset, so narrow the query to reach others. A query that matches nothing returns an empty list. Use enabrowser/ena-run-files for a run's download files. European Nucleotide Archive data as served by Omnial, not an official EMBL-EBI product.
