Dutch Hourly Electricity Prices Including VAT (EnergyZero)

Unofficial hourly Dutch dynamic electricity prices from the EnergyZero price API, VAT included, for a date range you choose: one price for each hour, with the start of the hour in UTC, plus the average over the range. Use it to find the cheapest or most expensive hours for a load such as charging a car or running a heat pump. Give the range as UTC timestamps. The answer grows with the range (one year of hourly prices is about 595 KB), so ask for a shorter range. The API is undocumented and may change. Prices are EnergyZero's own tariff data, served by Eden Engine; not an official EnergyZero product.
