Counts EPA-regulated facilities that match a search and how many of them have violations, enforcement actions, inspections and Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act or RCRA permits, plus the total penalties, from EPA's Enforcement and Compliance History Online (ECHO). Search by state, ZIP code, county, part of a facility name or SIC code, and narrow by active and major facilities. It returns counts, not the facilities themselves.
