US Building Footprints: Occupancy, Height and Square Footage (FEMA USA Structures)
femastructures/us-building-footprints
Looks up buildings in the FEMA USA Structures layer of United States building footprints. Filter with a SQL where clause on fields such as ZIP code, city, county FIPS code, occupancy class, square feet or height, and get back each matching building's occupancy class, primary and secondary occupancy, street address, height in meters, area in square meters and square feet, county FIPS code, national-grid reference and latitude and longitude. Attribute rows only: no polygons and no imagery. The layer is very large, so use a selective filter; at most 100 rows come back per call. A malformed where clause returns an error. FEMA data as served by Omnial, not an official FEMA product.
Price
$0.0026 per call
You pay the price shown. If a call turns out to cost more than its quote, you pay the actual price, capped at twice the quote. No monthly minimum. Top-ups start at $5.
