Returns the Federal Housing Finance Agency's quarterly All-Transactions House Price Index (not seasonally adjusted) for the United States as a whole and for each of the nine regional divisions. One record per area (USA, DV_ENC, DV_ESC, DV_MA, DV_MT, DV_NE, DV_PAC, DV_SA, DV_WNC, DV_WSC): the newest quarter and its index level, the percent change over the last 1 year, 5 years and since 1975Q1 (computed from the published levels), and the latest 12 quarters. Takes no input. The index is a relative price level, not a dollar price. This product uses FHFA Data but is neither endorsed nor certified by FHFA; served by Omnial.
