State House Price Index, Quarterly (FHFA)

Returns the Federal Housing Finance Agency's quarterly All-Transactions House Price Index (not seasonally adjusted) for all 50 states and the District of Columbia, from the FHFA file hpi_at_state.csv. One record per state: the newest quarter and its index level, the percent change over the last 1 year, 5 years and since 1975Q1 (computed from the published levels), and the latest 12 quarters. Takes no input and always returns every state. The index is a relative price level, not a dollar price. Data begins in 1975Q1 and the newest quarter lags by about a quarter. This product uses FHFA Data but is neither endorsed nor certified by FHFA; served by Omnial.
