Filecoin Tipset by Height

One Filecoin tipset by height (epoch): the CIDs of its block headers, the miner of each block, time and base fee in attoFIL (exact string). A height with no blocks (a null round) returns the next tipset that has some. Only about two weeks of mainnet (one day of Calibration) are held: older heights are refused. Read from public Filecoin Lotus nodes that offer no SLA and can be slow or throttled; they keep only about two weeks of mainnet history (one day on Calibration) and are run by one operator. Served by Eden Engine; not an official product of Filecoin, Protocol Labs or any node operator.
