Florida: Parcel Lookup by Point
floridagioparcels/query-by-point
Finds the Florida parcel that contains a longitude, latitude point, from the Florida statewide cadastral polygon layer (CADASTRAL_DOR, about 10.9 million parcels) published through the Florida Geospatial Open Data Portal. Returns the parcel or parcels whose area contains the point; no search distance is offered on this layer and no row count is sent because the upstream times out when a count is combined with a point query. Each record carries the parcel number, county number, roll year, land-use code, just and land value, land area, year built, living area, residential units, last sale price and year, and the physical address, city and ZIP (owner names are not returned). Data from the Florida Department of Revenue statewide cadastral layer, published through the Florida Geospatial Open Data Portal (FGIO). Passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official State of Florida product.
